Mumora Shipping Information

At Mumora, we are excited to offer FREE shipping on all orders!

Order Processing Times:
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it’s placed. Once your order is dispatched, it’s on its way to you! During busy times or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

 

Estimated Shipping Times:

Your package’s delivery time depends on your location. Here are the estimated delivery times based on where you live: 

United Kingdom: 3-7 Business Days
United States: 5-9 Business Days
Canada: 5-9 Business Days
Australia: 12-24 days
New Zealand: 12-30 days

    Please note that during peak times or holidays, there may be unexpected shipping delays, and tracking information may take longer to update. Additionally, customs processing for international orders can sometimes cause delays.

     

    Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details:

    Make sure your shipping details are accurate at checkout to avoid any delays. If there’s an issue with your shipping details, we’ll reach out within 3 business days to confirm the correct information. If we don’t hear back, your order may be canceled.
    If you notice an error in your shipping details, email us at hello@mumora.com within 24 hours, and we’ll try to make the change, though we can’t guarantee it after that time.

     

    Delayed Delivery:

    While we aim to ship your order quickly, sometimes delays happen outside of our control, such as weather issues or transit disruptions. We’ll do our best to work with the courier to get your order to you as soon as possible.
    We can’t guarantee an exact delivery date, but we will keep you updated and assist you with any issues that may arise.

     

    Lost or Stolen Packages:

    Once your package is in the hands of the courier, it’s out of our control. If your package is lost or stolen, reach out to us at hello@mumora.com, and we’ll do our best to help.
    We recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim, but we will follow up on your behalf to ensure things are moving forward. Mumora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit, but if your package isn’t found, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
    If the package remains unlocated, you may want to file a police report.
