We believe in the effectiveness of our products and recommend that you try them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days but within our 60-day money-back guarantee period, please contact us at hello@mumora.com.

Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, we may not be able to accommodate your request, as the order may have already entered the processing phase. If you do cancel within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We’re confident that Mumora products will provide the comfort and support you need. To fully experience the benefits, we encourage you to try them for at least 14 days. If you’re still not satisfied, you can return your purchase within 60 days for a full refund. Please note, shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We take great care to package our products securely, but in rare cases, items may arrive damaged. We consider an item damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damaged packaging, such as dented boxes, without damage to the product itself, is not considered a defect.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@mumora.com, including a clear photo of the damage. We will assess whether you are eligible for a replacement at no additional cost. Please note, we do not accept returns, replacements, or refunds for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we strive to deliver your order promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or any factors outside of our control. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If the address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, you will not be entitled to a resend or a refund.
